Day 1 — Airport · Kumai · Proboscis Tour · Houseboat
Arrive at Pangkalan Bun, drive 20 minutes to Kumai, and board your traditional klotok (about 17m by 3.5m) with an upper deck. In the peaceful afternoon, cruise the quiet river spotting proboscis monkeys, macaques, and birds. Dinner and overnight on the boat.
Day 2 — Pondok Tanggui · Camp Leakey
After breakfast, boat up the Sekonyer to Pondok Tanggui for the 09.00 feeding. Continue to Camp Leakey, the highlight of the park, passing the black-water river full of wildlife. Lunch on board, trek into the forest, and join the 14.00 feeding. Dinner and overnight on the houseboat.
Day 3 — Houseboat · Kumai · Airport
A free morning on the boat, then a leisurely cruise back to Kumai and transfer to the airport, carrying the magic of Tanjung Puting home with you.
