1. Bookings & Deposits
A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send written confirmation of your itinerary and dates.
2. Prices & Inclusions
Prices are per person and include the klotok, crew, guide, meals, drinking water, and park entrance fees unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation by Guest
If you cancel, deposits may be non-refundable depending on how close to departure the cancellation is made. We will always try to reschedule first.
4. Changes by Us
Itineraries may change due to weather, water levels, park regulations, or wildlife conditions. Your safety and experience come first.
5. Health & Fitness
Tours involve boat travel and short jungle treks. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary needs in advance.
6. Wildlife & Conduct
Guests must follow national park rules and guide instructions: keep a safe distance, do not feed or touch wildlife, and do not litter.
7. Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests hold valid travel and medical insurance for the duration of the trip.
8. Liability
We take great care for your safety but are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Photography
Photos taken during the tour may be used for promotion. Let us know in advance if you prefer not to appear in our media.
10. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failures caused by natural disasters, flight disruptions, or other force majeure events.
11. Governing Law
